As a shipping trainee, you will join our team in Hamburg, Germany starting August 1st, 2026

2,5 year traineeship (2 years possible)

Unifeeder invites you to embark on a unique journey in the shipping industry through our traineeship program. In just 2.5 years, with the option to cut it down to 2 years, you will gain valuable skills and hands-on experience across various departments.

Kickstart your career at our office in Hamburg, where you'll collaborate with the Customer Service Feeder Team, Port Operations, and the Landside transportation team. You'll also have the opportunity to rotate through our different Unifeeder offices, expanding your knowledge even further.

As a shipping trainee at Unifeeder, you'll become part of a thriving international environment. You'll have ample opportunities to connect with colleagues, partners, and customers from around the world, broadening your network and cultural understanding. With guidance and support from our dedicated team, you'll quickly take on responsibilities and make meaningful contributions.
By the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have a profound understanding of container operations and the shipping industry as a whole. With a robust professional network spanning our organization, you'll be well-prepared for a successful future in the container shipping industry.
